🎯 Mission Maximize revenue performance across Big Mamma restaurants by orchestrating booking optimization, business insights, and revenue-related projects. The Revenue Ops Manager ensures that every revenue lever, from SevenRooms configuration to new booking channels, is fully optimized, while preserving the guest experience and the DNA of Big Mamma. 🚀 Core Responsibilities & Success Metrics REVENUE OPTIMIZATION & BOOKING PERFORMANCE: Act as the internal expert for SevenRooms across all restaurants. Define, implement and monitor yield strategies. Ensure optimized configuration: pacing rules, seating algorithms, dining durations, waitlists, booking flows in coordination with GMs. Adjust dynamically based on performance, seasonality, weather and demand patterns. BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & REVENUE ANALYSIS: Define and monitor key KPIs across booking, conversion and revenue in coordination with the data team Monitor booking and revenue performance at restaurant and group level and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities Identify key growth levers (booking mix, channel performance, client mix…) Translate data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
