Job description
We are seeking a Sr. Delivery Strategist and thought leader to engage directly with customers in early-stage, high-ambiguity (“Greenfield”) environments and help translate mission needs into clear, actionable strategies. This role is responsible for bringing order to chaos- building deep customer relationships, leading strategic discovery efforts, and developing structured outputs that guide vision, strategy, and implementation. The ideal candidate thrives in the “gray space” and is equally comfortable facilitating executive conversations, shaping proactive strategic direction, and enabling teams to execute against defined priorities. This is a senior, individual contributor role with significant customer-facing responsibility and influence across both customer and internal teams. This role will partner alongside the Account Growth lead.
