Location: 1821 South Stoughton Rd, Madison, WI 53716 with travel to Sun Prairie and West clinics Primary duties of this role include rooming patients, triage, allergy shot clinics, allergy testing, and PFTs. Training will be provided. Travel occurs between the East, West, and Sun Prairie sites. Although an effort is made to keep staff assigned to no more than two locations, temporary coverage of the 3rd site may be required based on schedule needs. Experience giving allergy shots is a plus but not required. Job Summary: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
