We are hiring a Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to clients in the Casa Rene program, our innovative alternative to psychiatric hospitalization for adults experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Located in Kentfield, this 10-bed residential facility offers stabilizing care in a home-like setting with 24/7 support. In this role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, and provide services in psychiatric rehabilitation, medication and symptom management, relapse prevention, harm reduction, independent living skills, wellness coaching, housing support, budgeting, resource linkage, and community integration.
