Position Summary: The Regional Safety Operations Manager will evaluate, design, and implement standardized procedures at HCC with the goal of mitigating safety, health and environmental risks and bringing operational excellence to the Crystal Clean (CC) organization, including Patriot Environmental Services (PES). This position will focus on Health & Safety (70%), Operations/Quality (20%), and Environmental initiatives (10%). This position will be based out of Charlotte, N.C., but will have responsibilities that extend across the southeast region of the U.S. General Duties: Health & Safety - Assists in the development of new proactive behavior-based safety strategies and oversees the implementation of current strategies to help further develop organizational safety culture. - Regional Safety point of contact on development of Industrial Services (IS) segment. Develops and reviews SOPs, JHAs, HASPs, etc. as needed to ensure safe Industrial Services operations.
