Job Summary As a Production Technician in Composites or Assembly, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are pivotal to building a plane or jet. As a technician you will be learning to use a variety of hand tools and use of pneumatic fixtures to assemble parts. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills as needed. $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Schedule: Weekend Shift | Friday-Sunday | 5:00am-5:30pm; (3 days, 12 hours each); 12% Weekend Shift Differential; Overtime as required Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions: - Proficient with Assembler Technician duties plus - Manages Technician schedule and takt time pace - Inspects, builds and installs aircraft components - Follows engineering drawing and specifications - Ensures part fit, clearance, alignment, and functional performance complies with design requirements - Responsible for cleaning, set up and use of bonding, drilling, and holding fixtures - Routes wires, cables and tubing - Installs rivets, screws and bolts, using appropriate tools - Torques hardware and fitting using various tools and test equipment - Follows and properly documents aircraft build instructions - Wears pers...
