Regional Sales Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Timely and accurate order and quote entry into the ERP system. Electronic order review and reconciliation. Resolution of price discrepancies identified at the time of order. Change order entry into the ERP system. Retention of appropriate documents and emails related to orders and change orders. Work closely with Regional Sales Coordinators and Estimating teams to support incoming order volumes. YOU HAVE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1+ years’ experience in a Customer Service setting required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of ERP/order management systems preferred. Strong communication/interpersonal skills; Ability to speak with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
