Overview Senior Brand Ambassador (Operations)Contract | On-Site | Security Clearance Required The Opportunity: We are hiring a Senior Brand Ambassador (Operations) to support a leading Canadian fintech brand at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. This is a behind-the-scenes, operations-focused role within a premium, high-touch environment. Unlike traditional brand ambassador positions, this role is not client-facing and does not involve direct passenger engagement or product conversations. You will be responsible for ensuring the space runs seamlessly, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting a best-in-class guest experience through execution, organization, and attention to detail. This role does not involve direct passenger engagement, sales responsibilities, product education, financial conversations, or team management, as all guest interaction and product-related discussions are handled exclusively by a product specialist team.
