Job Summary: The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering technical training that supports manufacturing teams, quality inspectors, and other personnel working on high-reliability space hardware. Training will include a mix of classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and online courses delivered through the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). Working as part of the Quality & EHS Team, the trainer will collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify gaps in skills and procedures, then design practical solutions to close them.
