Job Description As a Data Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring that Rituals’ product master data is complete, reliable, and available across the business. You support the development of creative new ideas, concepts, and products by securing high-quality product data in our Rituals Master Database (STEP). Beyond entering data, you act as a data owner and problem-solver. You are a self-starter who takes ownership, proactively identifies issues, and continuously improves data quality. You have a strong affinity with data quality and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable, and trusted data across the organization. You are also an Excel expert, able to analyze, validate, and structure complex datasets efficiently to support better decision-making.
