Job Overview The Business Operations Coordinator supports the data center (DC) team by executing operational processes and assisting with daily management tasks to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Business Operations Supervisor, the coordinator works closely with Business Operations Generalists, master schedulers, and project managers to help maintain smooth operations, accurate records, and compliance with Carrier policies. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the creation of cases and jobs, and help with work order dispatching in coordination with the team and supervisor. - Support adherence to project schedules and participate in tracking progress and completion of tasks. - Help ensure accurate purchasing, Procard usage, parts ordering, goods receipt, and invoice processing following Carrier standard work and policies. - Maintain financial documentation, including cost syncing, clearing accounts, Procard matching, and cost transfers under supervisor guidance. - Assist with submitting and managing credit requests, invoice cancellations, proforma requests, and taxable VISA reconciliation. - Support the billing process, includi...
