The Saint Mary's College Master of Social Work program invites applications for an open rank, tenure-track faculty member and appointed Director beginning Fall 2026. Candidates with significant experience seeking a term (non tenure-track) position are also highly encouraged to apply. The MSW program at Saint Mary’s College is a mission-centered online clinical social work program that has an emphasis on healthcare and clinical social work/mental health career pathways for graduates. The program has undergone its third site visit in candidacy under the 2022 EPAS and is awaiting word on final accreditation. Social work education is an area of excellence at Saint Mary’s, with an on-campus BSW program that was fully accredited in 1998. While the program is delivered online, the Director is an in-person, not remote, position. Qualifications: - Serving as Program Director for the Master of Social Work Program (renewable term). - 12-month, in-person appointment with a reduced teaching load (3 courses per year) while serving as director. - Teaching at the MSW level with a possibility of teaching at the BSW level. - MSW Program student academic and career advising. - College, Departmental,...
