Job Summary As a Ratings Advisory Analyst in the Investment Banking Division, you will be a key player in the origination and execution of the firm's business. You’ll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients as well as key decision makers at the rating agencies. You’ll work as advisor to clients and on deals and transaction across the spectrum of our banking products, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, restructurings, debt/loan and equity capital raises. You will develop strong functional skills in the major areas of investment banking and become a senior banker who is capable of generating and executing transactions.
