The Role: As a Community Associate (our version of Front of House Associate), you’re the heartbeat of your Runway East site. You’ll be the person members rely on, the one who keeps everything running, and the face that makes people genuinely glad to come into work. It’s a varied, hands-on role - part hospitality, part operations, part community-building. If you come from a hospitality background, you’ll feel right at home - this is essentially that, with 8am-5pm hours and with an incredible community around you. You’ll be on your feet, keeping spaces looking great, running floor checks, and rolling your sleeves up when things need sorting.
