The Senior Benefits Education Analyst is responsible for designing, aligning, and delivering educational initiatives that support Total Rewards programs and services. Serving as a key liaison among subject matter experts, communications teams, and events management, this role ensures benefit-related information is clear, accurate, and accessible for employees and dependents. Key duties include: The Senior Benefits Education Analyst provides targeted education and support for Human Resources staff, leadership, and client relations, including "train the trainer" sessions for new initiatives, open enrollment, department education, workforce reduction and labor relations guidance and support regarding benefits. This vacancy is not eligible for sponsorship/ we will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position. Also, Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program. This position is Hybrid and must live within driving distance of Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN for weekly on-site expectations.
