What does an AI QA Lead role at Nitor look like? This isn't a role about running test cases or maintaining regression suites. It's about raising the bar. You'll be embedded with a client's QA organisation to help teams evolve how they think about quality in an AI-driven world. You'll work closely with the client's own QA Lead and engineering teams, acting as a catalyst - upskilling, challenging assumptions, and introducing approaches to testing that didn't exist a few years ago.
