JOB SUMMARY: Assists the Midmark team by developing creative concepts and designs that support marketing and communication initiatives. Under the direction of the manager, produces visual designs and layouts for a variety of print and digital assets, including promotional and sales collateral, presentations, newsletters, web pages, eblasts and other related marketing materials. Works collaboratively with marketing to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communications. May also assist with marketing initiatives beyond graphic design as needed. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Develops concepts and designs for a variety of marketing communication projects. Assists in creative direction and design suggestions within brand standards. Understands branding and adheres to Midmark Brand Policy. Proofreads, reviews and presents final layouts for approval; suggests improvements as needed. Prepares final designs for print or digital distribution. Delivers creative artwork proofs and final deliverables in a timely manner.
