As part of the Housekeeping Team we are looking for someone who is efficient, motivated, and possesses a friendly and courteous manner with all guests in person. The employee will be trained to clean and prepare rooms for occupancy per company standards. Essential Responsibilities: - Clean condos in Suites at Silver Tree as assigned - Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests throughout the workday - Notify supervisor of any damages, deficits and disturbances within properties as soon as possible - Supporting operations staff as needed to provide exquisite service to owners and guests - Check stock levels of all inventories provided and replace when appropriate - Care for company equipment/cleaning materials and ensure there are no inadequacies - Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices Minimum Required Skills and Competencies: - Excellent attention to details - Must be a team player and also be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Must have reliable transportation - Our hotel is open 365 days of the year.
