Doncasters Precision Castings of Groton is excited to announce that they are seeking an experienced Ceramics Engineer to add to their team based in Groton, CT. We are seeking an individual who has a sound technical understanding of ceramics, with the ability to apply that understanding to practical application. This is a full-time hands-on position where you will be responsible for developing and optimizing ceramic materials and processes for investment casting applications within the aerospace industry. Do you have an industrial Engineering background with experience in the manufacturing industry and the casting process. Do you have a strong educational background with a bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Ceramic Engineering, or a related field. Do you also have an eye for detail and have confidence in your analytical skills. This is a key component to our process, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic employees.
