Role Overview: As a Retail Sales & Yard Associate, you are the face of our scrap yard. You will bridge the gap between our retail customers and our processing operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, physically demanding, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. You will handle everything from greeting customers at the scale to identifying metal types and sorting metals for processing. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet retail customers and professional contractors, providing professional assistance to ensure a positive experience.
