Job Description Summary Senior Engineer to support Outage Engineering for GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy’s (GVH) customers. Develop and deliver Outage Servicing Tools and Equipment that are used during maintenance, inspection, refueling and outages in both Boiling Water Reactors (BWR) and Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR) at domestic and international Nuclear Plants. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, analysis and testing of new products and technology to meet customer needs and overcome complex technical challenges. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: As a Senior Engineer you will: - Execute the design, development and analysis for specialty tooling and equipment using sound engineering principles and adhering to engineering standards, practices, procedures, and product requirements. - Develop Outage Servicing Tooling and Equipment of high complexity. - Demonstrate solid knowledge of Mechanical Design principles including expertise in areas such as; mechanical design, mechanical component design, structural design, welding, joint connections, and fabrication techniques. - Proactively communicate and deliver assignments on time. - Identi...
