Contract: Job Summary: Provides guidance and mentorship for the Family Medicine Residency program. Supports the development and integration of clinical and administrative practices by serving as a resource to the medical director, lead nurse, and support staff. Collaborates with team members to enhance service delivery and promote professional growth through hands-on instruction and role modeling.
