Job description

To strengthen our technical team within the Fleet Management Group in Hamburg, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Superintendent to oversee the technical performance of vessels managed by external third-party providers. In this strategic role, you will act as the key interface between Hapag-Lloyd and external ship managers, ensuring that all technical operations are carried out in line with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and our internal standards. You will be responsible for defining and aligning technical budgets and measures, developing owner-focused operational guidelines, and monitoring compliance through regular reporting and performance reviews.
