Job Summary: Analyzes health, safety, and environmental data to ensure accuracy, support compliance, and enable effective business decision-making. Generates actionable insights and performance reports that drive continuous improvement in HSE outcomes. Job Description: Collects, compiles and analyzes HSE data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for business decisions and improvement in safety outcomes. Reviews and cleans raw data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal and external standards. Develops reports and dashboards to communicate findings clearly and support performance tracking. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows. Monitors changes in health and safety regulations to ensure reporting remains compliant with applicable requirements. Identifies opportunities to automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reporting reliability. Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
