How you will contribute: Your tasks: People Manager: responsible for developing a high-performing team of E2E Fulfillment specialists, aiming for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Performance Management: Drive planning decisions, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure operational processes align with broader business objectives. Operational Excellence: Manage effective order fulfilment, taking account of availability checks, stock allocation rules and cross-functional alignment to balance supply constraints with delivery of service levels Manage the relationship with supply planning to ensure there is confidence in the demand plan and that key forecast decisions are made by the appropriate stakeholders Critical Issue Management & Service Assurance: Proactively identify and manage supply chain constraints and ensure service recovery plans are in place to maintain targeted service level.
