We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Bid Content Specialist to join our team. This role can be based in either our North Ryde, Brisbane or Melbourne office. The role: You will provide essential support in the creation of high-quality, customer-focused submissions across the RTS portfolio. Operating in a complex and safety-critical environment that is infrastructure-focused, you will work closely with Bid Leads, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and operational teams. Together, you will develop compelling narratives that showcase RTS’s capabilities, delivery experience, and alignment with strategic priorities. You will take on a hands-on writing role, shaping and drafting substantial sections of submission documents.
