Benefits: The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) position will be responsible for overseeing the sales processes and systems, meeting key performance metrics, the training, and developing of studio staff, and ensuring all front desk systems and operations are being carried out correctly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Studio Manager. Duties and Responsibilities - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Assist with all studio operations including but not limited to inventory, maintenance, sales processes, technology, workout experience, personnel, customer service, and payroll - Perform ongoing training and development of Sales Associates - Manage staff schedule and shift-coverage when employees call out sick or have scheduling conflicts - Assist in leading monthly all staff and front desk meetings - Attend Monthly Webinars and the rollout and execution of all corporate sales promotions and fitness events - Lead and coach the sales team in new joins and heart rate monitor sales - Assist in the social media initiatives of the studio - Properly process administrative tasks: refunds, upgrades/downgrades, freezes, cancellations - Conduct d...
