Crown is Irelands leading specialist roofing, cladding and faade contractor. We are the partner of choice to clients across Ireland and Europe in all sectors of the construction industry including digital technology, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, pharmaceutical and healthcare. The role of the senior project manager is to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Central to this role is the ability to identify, communicate and resolve any activities that could impact the safe and on time delivery of a project. The role holder will also be an effective communicator up to senior levels within the company and client organisations. Key functions & results areas (key activities): Ensure appropriate levels of labour are on site on all CRCL projects and ensure all operatives are fully compliant with regard to health & safety (H&S). Procurement of materials; this will involve negotiating best prices with suppliers and ensuring they are delivered to site on-time. Schedules and tracking methods to be adopted where necessary.
