As a Maintenance Supervisor you will lead facility maintenance, support engineering efforts, and help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized environment across a manufacturing site and office spaces. You will also take ownership of site security systems and play a key role in projects that support growth and long-term performance. What you’ll do: - Lead and coordinate daily work for maintenance team members and ensure work is completed to high standards - Oversee site security systems, including access badges and camera platforms, and coordinate with corporate partners - Identify safety risks and ensure all safety and environmental practices are consistently followed - Manage preventive maintenance programs and improve reliability of equipment and facilities - Troubleshoot ongoing equipment issues and implement long term solutions - Lead facility and infrastructure projects, including planning, vendor coordination, and execution - Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance facility pe...
