DIVISION STORE REMODEL OPERATIONS MANAGER (HUTCHINSON, KS)

Job description

Act as the point person on all remodel/reset activities. Coordinate and communicate all aspects of the project with the store and district teams. Maintain Freshness and Standards and Merchandising Execution expectations during the project and strive to minimize disruptions to the customer experience within the store. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Maintain stores' ability to meet/exceed customers' expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness during project lifecycle - Maintain 5S/Freshness and Standards programs throughout the remodel - Ensure the Store Remodel Best Practice Guides are followed - Protect all company assets during remodel - Coordinate the delivery and storage of all fixtures and equipment for the remodel - Reduce the negative effect of markdowns and discounted product on the store by following company policies on close-out items and markdowns - Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, food safety regulations and company guidelines - Execute computer assisted ordering (CAO) maintenance and KOMPASS activity per best practice, to eliminate out of stocks and negative effe...
