Corcoran New Development (CND) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Specialist to support our expanding portfolio of new residential developments, primarily condominiums in the New York City area. This role offers exposure to one of the most dynamic sectors in real estate—new development—and provides a unique opportunity to help shape how our team operates and grows. The Project Specialist plays a key role on the CND team, supporting the Managing Director, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. The position interfaces regularly with top-producing sales teams, developer clients, and external agencies including branding, media, PR, and architecture. Candidates should bring professionalism, collaboration, initiative, enthusiasm, discretion, and poise under pressure. This position is in-office, located in New York City.
