Create your best future and join Westpac as a Credit Manager, Regional Commercial & Agribusiness What’s the role?: As a Credit Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting regional commercial and agribusiness customers by making well-informed credit decisions that enable sustainable growth. You’ll work independently from relationship management, focusing on assessing transactions, structuring deals, and ensuring credit risk is appropriately managed. You’ll review and approve credit submissions within your delegated authority and support more complex deals through the approval process, bringing a balanced view of risk and opportunity. Alongside this, you’ll monitor your portfolio, identify emerging risks and work proactively to protect credit quality. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor, helping stakeholders interpret credit policy and apply it in a practical way. This is a fulltime/permanent role with flexible working arrangements across Australia (2 days in office), supporting customers and teams in the Regional & Agribusiness segment.
