Job Description Summary The H/M Product Line Systems Engineering Leader works as a direct report to the H/M Product Line Engineering Leader (Head of Design). Based in Prague, is accountable for the system-level technical definition, integration, verification, and continuous improvement of the H/M turboprop engine across its lifecycle. This role provides senior technical leadership to cross-functional teams and ensures that the H/M product line meets customer, regulatory, and business requirements for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The role is key to maintaining and enhancing the competitiveness, reliability, and in-service performance of the H/M fleet.
