Job Description The purpose of this role is to prepare, execute, and manage Capex and automation projects within a manufacturing environment, including budget responsibility and technical support to maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: The role is based at the Turnhout site. Preparation and execution of projects including budget responsibility (Research feasibility, creating business support, budgeting, planning). Initiating projects (Detailed report on the project, Contact suppliers, negotiating on price, follow up of orders, follow up of budgeting and planning). Set up and lead project team (internal & external resources). Implementation and qualification/validation of projects (actual installation together with internal maintenance experts or contractors, follow-up, administration, training, after care, transfer to other departments, etc).
