Per Diem Schedule Requirements: - 16hrs/wk required - Onsite at least 1 day per week Job Summary: Summary The EAP Consultant provides employee assistance services to staff, employees, and their household members across Mass General Brigham. These services include consultation and training to the organization, development of program awareness activities, clinical assessment, short-term counseling and referral, project management, establishment of community linkages and a provider network, case monitoring, and follow-up.
