Job Summary The VP of Consolidations & Reporting is a strategic leadership position that will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting, and the sufficiency of our controls environment. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of internal and external reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting matters. They will play a critical role in driving the strategy and design of our consolidations system and reporting framework. This role will be responsible for the global finance and accounting policies and procedures, as well as lead efforts related to M&A transactions - specifically Day-1 accounting efforts. The role will report into the Chief Accounting Officer, and requires a strategic thinker with strong problem solving and analytical mindset, robust communication skills at every level, and ability to operate and lead in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles and SEC reporting requirements and a proven track record in financial reporting within a fast-paced US publicly traded company environment....
