Affordable Housing Regional Compliance Manager - Ohio/Midwest Compliance Specialist: A multifamily housing compliance manager ensures that affordable housing properties adhere to federal, state and local regulations. This involves monitoring tenant eligibility, verifying income documentation, and conducting audits to maintain compliance with programs like regulations of LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and County Affordable Programs. They work with property managers, government agencies, and tenants to ensure adherence to guidelines, prepare reports, and interpret regulations. NOTE: This is not a remote or work-from-home position; this is an in-office which will work from one of our managed apartment communities in Ohio (Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, or Lima). Candidates living in/near any of these cities may be considered.
