Description Employment Status: Full-Time: FLSA Status: Non-Exempt: Schedule : Flexible time (which means work also when classes of faith formation, meetings with parents, catechists, etc sometimes after 5 PM but not beyond 9 PM; Saturday and Sunday that most of the parents and students will have activities) Usual regular schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6pm / 40 hours per week; Lunch Break 12:30 PM-1:30PM Reports to: Pastor: *Full-Time Benefits may include: - Paid Holidays/Holy Days - 403b Retirement - 401 (a) Pension Plan - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life - Employee Assistance Program - Short-term/Long-term Disability Summary: The Director of Religious Education OR Director of Faith Formation will lead the children’s religious education program in fulfillment of the catechetical mission of the parish. This position will supervise and work with volunteers to coordinate healthy religious programs for children and youth.
