Join The Great Aussie Bush Camp and help fuel unforgettable experiences for young people! Located 10 minutes out of Mittagong, Camp Wombaroo sits in the heart of the stunning Southern Highlands. Spanning 100 acres of lightly wooded land, our camp is surrounded by open paddocks, native bushland, and that unmistakable fresh country air. As our Catering Coordinator , you will play a vital hands-on leadership role in delivering delicious, nutritious meals and an exceptional dining experience in a friendly, fast‑paced residential camp environment. Your leadership will ensure high-quality food, safe practices, smooth service flow, and a welcoming dining atmosphere—contributing directly to the positive memories our guests take home. Days and Hours: Monday to Thursday – 10.30 am to 6.30 pm and Friday – 8.00 am to 2.00 pm during school terms. Additional hours are available during school holidays and are optional for the successful candidate.
