$17.35 - $20.65 PER HOUR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to maintain quality standards and product levels of all fresh baked Artisan Bread products in the Central Production Artisan Bread department. This person will be mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking artisan breads, receiving and storing product, and providing exceptional customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures - Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services the Artisan Bread department provides - Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels - Ensure all loads are packed correctly for shipment to the stores each morning - Mix all preferments for next day’s production - Ensures the Artisan Bread department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance - Delivers excellent customer service to all customers - Follows precise recipes and techniques for the mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking of Harmons’ artisan breads - Assists as needed to ensure the success of the company as a whole MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs other job-rel...
