Senior CIO Support Staff

Job description

Responsibilities: - Lead IT portfolio management and governance initiatives - Advise CIO leadership on enterprise architecture and strategic planning - Oversee compliance with federal IT frameworks (FITARA, FISMA, UAF) - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking - Lead data-driven decision-making efforts using analytics tools - Coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement across government and industry - Guide project execution and governance across multiple programs Required Qualifications: - Extensive experience in IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, and IT governance - Deep knowledge of FITARA, FISMA, UAF, and federal IT policies - Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities - Expertise in project management, financial oversight, and data analytics - Excellent communication and executive-level briefing skills Desired Qualifications: - PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent certifications - Advanced experience with MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint - Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes (FAR, NAM)
