Shop Service Technician 4 - HOLT Crane & Equipment Department: Diversified Businesses (DIV): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: San Antonio: Reporting To: Paris Liles: Description: The Crane Shop Service Technician performs inspections, diagnoses, and repairs of diesel-powered heavy equipment and/or related equipment or components, following established procedures and guidelines. Works independently or as a member of a team to provide basic mechanical services that satisfies customer needs and achieves departmental goals. Mid-level position – Generally has more than seven years of experience and/or demonstrated job relevant knowledge/skills. A Level IV Technician has a broad knowledge of the field’s standard and technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of standard, complex, and technical tasks; is self-starting and requires minimal supervision; is often a team member on a large project.
