Counselor III (Urgent Walk-In Clinic) Job Overview Location/Schedule : This position is based within the urgent walk-in clinic at our Plaza Health Center, located in SE Portland, OR. This is an on-call/per diem position for all shifts. Employees must work a minimum of 12 shifts per quarter.
