On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, we have a job fair inside Gilley's Restaurant @ 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please apply online and come in for an interview. Qualifications: - Ensure proper flatware and appropriate plates are on table prior to food being delivered - Pick up order allowing for proper distribution. - Condiments will be delivered before or at the time the food is served - Present each item and confirm guest satisfaction and offer any additional services - Serve ladies first, repeat with men, end with host - All food should be served from the right with the right hand - Refresh all beverages, and offer to replenish cocktail order - Ensure tables are properly set, side stations are clean, and side work is properly completed - Assist with initial guest complaints and inform manager on duty immediately - Maintain side stations in a clean and orderly manner - Maintain prescribed par stock levels in side stations - Pre-bus tables as guest’s finish their dish - Assist with proper stock rotation - Keep dining room floor clean and free of excess debris/liquids at all times - Polish Silverware - Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department - Previous Food-R...
