The Role and Team: The Platform Engineering Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for shaping the reliability, scalability, and developer experience of EMARKETER’s platform infrastructure. This role combines engineering leadership with deep technical expertise to ensure our systems enable developers to build and ship products efficiently and securely. You will lead platform initiatives across infrastructure automation, observability, and cloud reliability while mentoring engineers and partnering with teams across the organization. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in-office expectations.
