Compliance Analyst

Job description

Overview The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring property management operations with a specific focus on ensuring the properties operate in compliance with the site-specific covenants governing those properties. This work requires expert level knowledge of the applicable housing programs and a very high degree of attention to detail. The Compliance Analyst will maintain open positive clear communication with site staff, operations staff, asset management staff and other Pennrose staff to ensure that the compliance responsibilities and requirements of each applicable program are met on a continuous basis. The Compliance Analyst may be charged with maximizing income by monitoring contracts and compliance with all agencies. Pay range:$80,000 - $90,000/year + bonus depending on experience. #IND123 Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain relationships with all state agencies, housing authorities, investors, Pennrose Leadership, Compliance Auditors and operational positions. · Monitor, submit, and evaluate all PBRA and 811 OCAF rent increase packages.
