Ability Builders Consulting Co. is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients develop essential life skills and improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA to address skill deficits and behavior excesses in clients. - Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities in various settings, such as homes, schools, or community-based environments. - Collect and record data on client progress, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. - Collaborate with a multidi...
