Job Title New Product Introduction Operator Job Description: New Product Introduction Pilot Operator: In this role you: This role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility. Your role: - Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products - Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters - Measuring and recording process parameters once established - Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record - Complying with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process You're the right fit if: High school Diploma required Experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred - Your skills include ability to routinely use a microscope; good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination; ability to stand for extended periods of time - You have a strong attention to details; the ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures; works well with others and independently - You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, C...
