We’re looking for a Membership Coordinator who can help bring that experience to life through a highly organized, detail-driven approach to member engagement. This role sits at the center of the membership journey; owning the coordination of key touch points , supporting prospect flow, and ensuring every interaction feels considered and seamless. What You’ll Do: - Maintain and manage CRM with accuracy (prospect data, notes, status updates) - Coordinate scheduling for founder dinners and 1:1 meetings with prospective members - Track RSVPs and manage follow-ups with consistency and timeliness - Distribute membership materials (agreements, one-pagers, supporting documents) - Prepare pipeline reporting for leadership review - Manage referral intake and conduct initial screening of prospective members What We’re Looking For: - Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through; no loose ends - Polished and professional communicator (phone, email, in-person) - Comfortable working in CRM systems; strong technical fluency - Proactive—antici...
