Job Summary We’re seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven General Manager to lead a high‑precision aerospace manufacturing site. The GM will stabilize operations, strengthen leadership bench talent, and drive performance in quality, delivery, cost, and culture. This role requires a leader who thrives in a private‑equity environment, embraces accountability, and can quickly elevate operational discipline. The General Manager will be responsible for leading an organization of approximately 250 employees. The GM will be supported by a matrixed staff of site dedicated resources in operations, supply chain, quality, finance, business development and human resources. This role will provide overall direction, leadership and oversight to the management team and workforce within the business, with a goal of generating maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
